Automatic monitoring for the detection and storage
of data from analog electrical transducers operating in various application fields such as accelerometers, velocimeters, crack meters, inclinometers, temperature sensors, wire displacement meters, load cells, level transducers, pressure transducers, etc.
A versatile and autonomous acquisition system, ideal for dynamic and static tests and short/medium-term structural monitoring of bridges, viaducts, tunnels, dams, and buildings.

– Versatile: Suitable for static and dynamic tests, max. 1kHz sampling;
– Easy to use: Convenient to transport;
– Integrated web server: Datalogger manageable via browser from smartphone/tablet/PC – Multi-connectivity: Integrated Ethernet / WiFi / 4G;
– Synchronization: Through NTP, integrated GPS, or external GPS sensor (PPS); – Expandability/Modularity: Multi-channel and/or multi-logger (point and/or distributed monitoring);
– Integrated diagnostics: Battery level, power supply, temperature, and humidity;
– Automatic data sending: To FTP/FTPS server;
– Remote and local alarms: (SMS/Email) and local (sirens, traffic lights, etc.);
– Low power consumption: Typical 250 mA, max. 350 mA, in the configuration with 8 analog channels;

This instrumentation, programmable and highly versatile, battery-operated (12 Vdc),
is typically indicated for dynamic and static tests and in structural / geotechnical / environmental monitoring, particularly for measuring the evolutionary state of cracks, settlements, differential displacements, inclinations, pressures, thermal variations, or for measuring vibrations and accelerations
It is a data collection device, in the base version with 8 channels, designed and developed to provide a reliable and economical instrument, with autonomous power supply, easy to use, ideal for both static and dynamic monitoring thanks to the ability to configure one or more diversified static/dynamic acquisition strategies (with max. frequency up to 1 kHz on all channels simultaneously).
However, the great versatility
of this product makes it possible to connect multiple units together to form a multi-logger wired network (up to 254 units)
with the possibility of expanding the single unit through ADC modules (4 ADC modules
up to a max. of 32 channels). The system can be managed locally or remotely via the Ethernet/WiFi port (integrated on the board).

The unit has an internal FLASH memory of 256 MB and an SD for storage up to 32 GB and support for an external USB backup dongle.
The system’s autonomy with a standard 12 V – 20 Ah lithium battery is about 24 hours in non-extreme weather conditions, and power can also be supplied externally via a 230 Vac 50 Hz/12 Vdc mains charger.

The integrated web server allows the datalogger to be managed via a browser (Chrome/ Firefox/Edge) from any device (smartphone/tablet/PC) without the need to install any software.

On each individual channel, it is possible to configure pre-alarm and alarm thresholds and the related action of sending SMS/Email to different users, with editable text message

Local diagnostics allow monitoring of the internal temperature and relative humidity thanks to an integrated sensor, the control of the system status and available memory, the battery voltage, plus an additional two voltage input channels.
The data acquired by the datalogger are stored in its memory in CSV format (ASCII/text) and can be sent at a predetermined frequency to an FTP/FTPS server fully autonomously and via the available network connections (wired/wireless).
